Cancellation Policy

Non-attendance during booked play scheme days is payable in line with our Play Scheme Cancellation Policy as follows:
  • 2 weeks prior to the 1st day of confirmed booking, no fee. 

  • 1 week prior to the 1st day of confirmed booking 50% fees apply. 

  • Less than 1 week cancellation, full fees apply, due to arranging staffing according to our strict adult to child ratios, as per our policies and procedures.

 

Fees are payable from the first day that your child attends. One month’s fees must be paid in advance as a holding deposit to secure any places. This deposit will be deducted from your child’s last fees due on a condition that a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice of leaving is received.  


If days are reduced during the contract period, the deposit payment will be used proportionally to offset the deposit payment. The notice period must be given during normal operating days i.e. term time. If notice is given over the non-chargeable holiday or half term periods, it will be carried over to such times.  


Late payment of fees will warrant a £5.00 fine each week the fees are outstanding. If at any time there are 2 months fees outstanding, For Kids Co. have the right to temporarily suspend your child’s place until the account has been cleared.
